In the meantime, please use the workarounds suggested for each issue. To edit a shared calendar, go online to your own Outlook.com calendar, open Calendar for Windows 10, or use a mobile device. Read how to Add your Outlook.com account to another mail app. This occurs because custom form script is now disabled by default. To determine the cause of the performance issues, start the Assistant, and run the Outlook Diagnostic in the Advanced Diagnostics section. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly.

The folder may have been deleted or the server where the folder is stored may be unavailable. You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation. MAPI does not validate that a provider's DLL that it is requested to load is registered correctly in MapiSVC.inf or even that it comes from the local machine.
Creating a Fix Outlook Site new Outlook profile may resolve some performance issues. Items moved into new folders will still be located when searching a mailbox. Outlook forwards meeting invitations to other attendees without anyone actually sending an update or forwarding an invite.
To do this, start up the Windows Task Manager either by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del, or by right clicking the taskbar and choosing "Start Task Manager". Then switch to the Processes tab and find all OUTLOOK.EXE items in the list. Click on each OUTLOOK.EXE to select it Fix Outlook Site and hit the "End Process" button. To create a user profile, you must first create a user account. When the new account is created, a profile is also created.
The built-in Fix Outlook Site back-off mechanisms in the indexing component of Windows Search or WDS pauses the indexing of Outlook data when the system is under heavy use. The easiest way to let the indexing finish is to leave Outlook running overnight.Additionally, you can reduce performance issues by running Outlook in Cached Exchange Mode. In this mode, Windows Search or WDS searches the local copy of the mailbox instead of the mailbox content on the server. I even reduced mailboxes sizes and that didn't help, I setup a new user (albeit existing PC but new windows profile), and he is having the same issues. If the mailboxes open automatically after removing them and restarting Outlook, they may be auto mapped. This setting can be changed by an Exchange admin by submitting a request via Jira and including the usernames of the client and the usernames of the mailboxes that need to be removed.

Currently, you can't use Outlook on Windows to edit calendars that are shared with your Outlook.com account, even if you've reconnected your Outlook.com account to Outlook. We're working to make it possible to edit shared calendars in Outlook 2016 for Windows. We are aware that some users may not be able to receive email from Gmail accounts.
Each folder will be listed with its size and number of messages. Right-click the folder, and then click Properties to check your permissions for the folder. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions. To access the filtering options faster, add them to your Quick Access Toolbar. Another options is to use the Filter Email button on the ribbon.
However, in most cases, the changes will reflect almost instantly. If you are using Gmail or Google Workspace as well as the Outlook calendar, it would be nice to have them populated with the same information. Here is how to make sure your Outlook is showing the same information as your Google Calendar. It might be that antivirus software is trying to block a function that is repeatedly trying to squeeze Fix Outlook Site through the firewall.
I usually disable them one-by-one, closing Outlook with each change. This helps to pin down the culprit that causes Outlook to freeze. The first thing we need to do is kill all hanging Outlook processes.
If it never worked before or if you are starting Outlook for the very first time, it could very well be that you have not configured your mail account correctly. A common mistake is choosing for an Exchange account while in fact you are using a POP3 or IMAP account. Just to make sure you are not Fix Outlook Site trying to troubleshoot an issue which has already been solved, before you begin verify that you have installed all updates for your version of Outlook. I’m not certain to which post you’re referring, but everything that’s been mentioned so far can be done directly by the user. No elevated permissions are required to do any of these steps.
Not something you want to take on lightly, but sometimes you have to. Similar to our earlier suggestion of repairing Office (see #3 Repair Your Microsoft Office above), perform the same steps except choose to Uninstall. Be aware that you may need your product key if you received one. This option could be useful if you constantly have to wait for Outlook to rebuild its data file when you restart. No matter how well written add-ins are Fix Outlook Site (and even Outlook itself), there will always be the occasional Outlook problem that doesn’t seem to go away or may not be related to add-ins at all.
